Hi I made a booking booking id IWXO7515 and I made payment of Rs. 1737 via the app. However when I reached the hotel, they charged 663 extra which the hotel said we can claim from oyo. I connected with oyo and they said they will refund the money after I submit the bill from the hotel, which I did issue ticket number is [protected].
