Oyo Rooms — Not accept my booking id

RESPECTED sir I booking Oyo room for offer price but hotels not accepted my booking I tell already paid amount but hotel staff asked extra 1000rs amount I call Oyo customer care but not responding hotel name. HOTEL R SQUARE LB NAGAR HYDERABAD NEAR LB METRO STATION
