Today, 22-09-22 i booked a room in Shyama Guest house, Vrindavan for 14 oct - 17 oct. I paid the amount of 2637 Rs. and because of some reasons i cancelled my booking, i got a confirmation message from oyo that your booking is cancelled and we transferred your refund amount via UPI but yet i didn't get it into my account and when i call to customer executives in regard of this issue they just keeping my call hold after listening that i am calling for refund. The main issue is if the refund amount is not transferred yet then why the application is showing that your amount is transferred in your account via UPI.
