Due to some issue my hotel didn't get confirmed and but amount got deducted, but after complaining i got email for refund but not yet received.
All customer care guys are fooling now and not transferring call to me to manager.
Now telling that's they won't do it...
I got email stating 7-14days will get refund now not even getting and neither my calls are attended.
Have attached the email for the proffs

They are fooling and not giving my refund even after their commitments, they are really a big scams.
I have made a very bad choice by selecting OYO .
The customer care and people are very arrogant and no proper response from them.
Really a very fake company
