Hi i have booked hotel in mysore (Pxli1529 at oyo 35609 royal garden brindavan resort) through oyo hotel but that hotel was closed long back and they have given wrong booking id (Dear kempegowda, we look forward to host you for confirmed booking pxli1529 at oyo 35609 royal garden brindavan resort. Awaiting you is a 100% oyo experience - from booking to check-out
Check-in: 1st nov, 12 pm onwards
Check-out: 2nd nov till 11 am

Your booking includes dinner for 2 guests and breakfast for 2 guests). I faced problem when i went to check in. Later i booked another hotel by paying more amount. Please help me how to claim damage from oyo.

I have raised complaint on Nov 2019, but till now i have not got any solution from OYO . Very worst service from OYO. they will not bother about customer problem

I have attached proof of booking but when i visited Hotel there is no Hotel by that name. OYO giving fake booking. After i called no proper response night around 9pm. later i paid premium for another hotel. Towards this demurrage OYO is not responded. I suggest not to use OYO service
