I booked a hotel in Goa ( The Crescent ) from oyo application and my booking was confirmed. The booking ID is E5M44170.
On the day of check in, I called the hotel in the morning to confirm my booking and the hotel denied my booking and said they have no tie up with OYO and told me to complain to the oyo customare care. After being on the call with oyo for more than 4 hours, one oyo executive told me to cancel my booking around 1pm.
Now, I do not have a booking and they are not even refunding the complete amount that I have paid.
I have had the worst experience with oyo and I want the complete amount to be refunded back to me.
