[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — not providing rooms for already paid booking | |||
On july 27, 2019 i've booked a rosort room from oyo with whatever amount they asked me to pay. Oyo has given me confirmation message of the same.. Which reads as... (Dear prakash, we look forward to host you for confirmed booking fgwp5867 at spot on 41439 fonseca beach resort. Awaiting you is a 100% oyo experience - from booking to check-out Check-in: 27th jul, 12 pm onwards Check-out: 28th jul till 11 am No. Of rooms: 1 spot on non-ac room Number of guests: 2 adults Hotel name: fonseca beach resort Address: fonseca wadi, main gorai beach, borivali west., mumbai Map link: https://www.oyorooms.com/my-booking?mobileNumber=[protected]&bookingId=91819699&display_mode=get_dir...⇄ *t&c - every guest must carry an original govt. Issued address id proof (Pan cards not valid). Please don't carry outside food.) After that i reached the property at around 7pm and asked receptionist give me the room for this booking id.. But they denied me saying the bookings are already full.. It was remote location. For reaching we required to take the local ferry. The ferry service is available only upto 7pm... In this situation what should i do... How i put the mental and emotional loss i beared in to some monetory value.. So i want resolution for whatever injustice happened with me from concerned authority... Was this information helpful? | |||
