Oyo Rooms — Not received any refund after cancellation

I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 15th october of[protected] from amazon pay and 303 from oyo money).
I cancelled the booking on the same date due to some reason and it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. I only got OYO money back and its saying refund on its way but not processing. My booking ID is LFMH4216.
I called there customer care they cut the phone and dont help me in any way.
