On 29 Aug 2022, i booked hotel from OYO rooms by calling on OYO reservation desk, they booked room for me with booking ID YQUW3075, and asked me to pay some amount using Google pay, i paid, when i reached to hotel they said there rooms are filled with water due to heavy rain and rooms are not available, and they said OYO didn't confirmed with us regarding room availability.
Again i called OYO they said we will book new hotel for you near to this location, again they said they did booking for me with booking ID NMFD9216, again i drive to that location and they also said rooms are not available and why you booked from OYO they didn't confirmed with us regarding room availibility.
Now, when iam trying to reach OYO for refund for both the bookings but OYO not responding and they kept disconnecting my call. They harrased me. Was this information helpful? |
