[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Not received the payment receipt

I had stayed in a hotel booked on Oyo app on 17/06/2022 on booking Id T7729360. I asked the hotel counter for my bill after payment. They told that I will receive after online. But till date not received on my email. I checked with customer service but they disconnect after hearing the complaint. This is the worst experience from Oyo I have ever faced. Simple bill payment receipt cannot be available on app or email. What is the purpose of online booking. If I am not receiving my receipt I am raising this issue in consumer court. Call on [protected]
