I booked hotel on oyo app in delhi from 4 aug to 12 aug and paid online. When i reached at hotel they denied check-in and told me to pay in cash. After contacting oyo customer care executive they checked me in. But again on 10 aug hotel staff told me to pay in cash. Again i contacted oyo customer care, this time she told me to pay at hotel in cash and assured me that the amount i had paid online, would be refunded in 7-14 days. I paid rs.4709/- at hotel in cash, but oyo haven't refunded rs.4709/- which i paid online. I contacted again to oyo customer care on 30 aug, he promised to refund in 7-14 days, but one month has passed. I tried several times later, they transfer call to other department and are not responding.
