Oyo Rooms — Not refund my money,customers care not response my call and problem

I booked a room via oyo in 11/10/2022, and paid amount of 919/- via phonepay, the hotel manager Don't give me room and they asked for extra money then i call oyo customer care and they cancelled my booking and said the amount of 919/- credited with in 14 days but till mow the amount not credited, i call customers care so meny times they are not response my call.plz help me
