[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Not refund of my booking amount after booking cancellation

I have booked room through Oyo room in Puri for 09.11.2022 by the way of GPay for amount of Rs. 4026/- After booking I have got message from Oyo that due to unavoidable circumstances rooms not available on 09.11.2022. I have cancelled that booking on same day but till date (20 days later) I have not received my refund. I have tried several time to Oyo customer care number but they transferred call another helpline number. Some time they hold my call or disconnect. Kindly resolve my issue.

After request from my side company has mailed me on 22.11.2022 with following information with email id : [email protected] Payment Summary Room Charges Room price for 1 night X 10 guests ₹5298 OYO Wizard Discount - ₹265 Prepaid Discount - ₹1007 Total Charges ₹4026 Advance Paid ₹4026 Cancellation Charges ₹0 Refund Amount ₹4026 Visit our help centre Refund still pending. IF IT IS NOT RESOLVE WITHIN 2 DAYS THEN I WILL FILE MY MATTER IN CONSUMER COURT.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
