My name is Himanshu kandari and I have book a room in 37308 Hotel Citi inn3 in Chandigarh through oyo app and my booking ID is EYLN5714 and and I am going to this hotel with my 2 friends but hotel management say that there is no rooms available. And we are decided get out this hotel. I have compliant on helpline number... No one give me refund please resolve my problem and I have paid this room...
