I have booked a hotel in amritsar via oyo rooms for 18th june 2019. When i reached there with family, hotel refused to accept our booking, as per hotel they don’t give rooms to oyo, they don’ t have service. And even hotel told me that we were not the first customer who came for oyo rooms, oyo is taking booking without hotel’s knowledge. I called up oyo customer care and informed about my situation, there was a lady that side then talked to that hotel and confirmed about same incident and cancelled my booking there and couldn’t able to arrange any other accomodation. And initiated my refund and asked me to wait 7 working days. Now its 25th of aug and still i didn’t receive my money. Called up them several time and every time they asked to wait for another 2 to 3 days and nothing happening.
