[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — not refunding full amount | |||
This is to inform you that i have booked a room with booking id xesp0379 in oyo rooms on 31.08.2018 to 02.09.2018. I have paid the whole amount of rs 3581 online in advance. But the amount 3581 was deducted twice from my account. After talking to the oyo customer care team they told me that only rs 3081 will be refunded to your account and the rest of rs 500 will not be refunded to your account. It will go to your oyo wallet. When i denied and ask them to refund my total amt deducted. They said sorry sir we will not refund the whole amount and cut off the call. This is the most unprofessional way of treating any customer. Anyway now i have just write this mail to please look into this matter and refund my whole amount in my bank account at the earliest. Thanks Sachin [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
