[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — not refunding the amount | |||
I had booked hotel with oyo rooms in first week of jan for 5th march till 10th march and from 7th march till 10th march. Just one week before the check-in oyo denied me check in stating reason as issue with property and moved my booking to another property. After one day the other property also denied check stating reason as maintenance in property. So i cancelled my booking with oyo. And now its been one month that oyo is not returning my refund of rs 20000/-. It has been harassment for me to follow it up with them and they just do not give me any solution.
