[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Not Refunding the Money

Booking ID: FE120873 I made a booking with an amount of Rs.6199 and they also charged extra Rs.199 for Oyo Wizard. I made the cancellation on the same day due to some problems. When I try to claim refund through app or website, they ask to call customer service. Customer service people asks 10 minutes to verify and they cut the call in between.
