[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Not refunding the room cancelled amount | |||||
I have booked an oyo room for mahabaleshwar for 1 day and cancelled it on 1st of October 2015. From that day i am following up with oyo for refunding the amount but till today have not received the amount and even they are not proactive to respond to the email...My booking number was NQHA5980. Still i have not received my refund amount...I don't know how much time i will have to follow up for just Rs. 4098/-.. It is more than 2 months now...Will i get my money back or not? . I am sorry for asking this question but i am really feed up now
