[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — not the same room which is shown in the website | |||
I'm harsha vellandi, software employee from hyderabad. I've visited kerala along with my wife. I have booked an oyo room, details are oyo15412 using my mobile number [protected]. I paid the total amount of rupees 1298 using my debit card before reaching the destination. After reaching the place, the oyorooms staff itself told us to check the room once and then check in because it was a very old building and entirely different from what is shown on your website. I felt discomfort to stay with my wife there and even downstairs. I have immediately cancelled the booking and contacted oyo customer service and received a very bad response. They fooled us so many times by putting my call on hold and then disconnecting the call. Another thing is that, there is another booking id for the same room i. E., oyo23654 I request you to consider this as a serious issue and take action accordingly so that others will not face the same issue again and i want my complete refund back at the soonest possible because the cancellation is to be considered by oyo management Was this information helpful? | |||
