Placed an online order for dinner tonight but the kitchen of the hotel i'm staying was not informed about the order and even after calling your customer care executive my issue was not resolved and even they denied to give me my choice food. Really horrible experience. Actually i booked oyo 10209 avs sweet magic for 4 days from 1st aug'19 to 5thaug'19 way back in the month of june'19. But when i reached the hotel they denied me occupancy.in a haste oyo put me up in this hotel which is a real horrible place to put up. The entry way is flooded with overflowing drain water. Service is very bad. Room tv plays only telgu channels. Now no food even after ordering in time.
