[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — over charged and no paid bill receipt | |||
Sir, on 20 mar i booked oyo room in jk regency andheri till 21 mar. Hotel staff charged me 2750 instead of 1900. Staff converted my single booking to double booking. Staff told me i wl get rcpt in my mail. So far no rcpt. They had also charged me more. Pl look into matter and do needful. Ur action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
