We arrived at this hotel and it was overbooked.
We booked a classic 2x room which was supposed to have a double bed according to the pictures but they had given that room to someone else. We called oyo but they didn't help at all neither did they provide a refund. We didn't stay at this hotel but the hotel manager claimed that we stayed there for half a day. When we asked him to send the cctv footage which would make it clear that we didn't even stay in a room for 1 minute, they said they'll resolve it amongst themselves and i'll get a call back once oyo has gotten the proof. They were extremely rude, made us wait for hours over multiple calls, didn't call back for any resolution and didn't give any refund. I also reported that this particular hotel had employed under age children whom i saw working and cleaning as well as smoking cigarettes in an empty room beside the room they showed us but none of this was taken into account. I demand a refund for this and an apology for the unprofessional behaviour.
