I did a booking (ID: S8CD1546) on the OYO app for June 2nd at Collection O 24815. When I reached the hotel they told me that they were full and OYO had given them extra bookings which they could not meet at the time and asked me to call the service line and ask for a relocation. I called them up and everytime I was told that since I've dailed the Reservation helpdesk, they will transfer me to the Service helpdesk and would promptly cut the call, this happened multiple times. The booking was prepaid and I would like a refund.
