We booked four rooms in oyo 31120 hotel royale india in mcleodganj from 15 august 2019 to 18 august 2019. Before check-in, booking.com in collaboration with oyo asked to pay rs. 24, 000 for the rooms. The amount was paid and email confirmation by oyo was given. When we reached, the owner denied check-in. We applied for refund two months ago and no action has been taken. Despite contacting both oyo and booking.com, they only claimed that the refund would be provided within 7-14 business days.
