I have booked this property on 1 June 19 as per the pics of property showing in your aap but it's totally different from the pics. Staff was misbehave with my family. I have called many times to oyo Capitan and your call centre and no one response from your side. It's highly unacceptable from your side. After lost of call finally I m check in this property because I have no choice. Staff of this hotel is worst. Flush was not working. No cleaning of room, no way to talk to people. My sister son was shouting little bit and I received a call from reception that If any one shout I will kick of from the hotel.
I need solution in next 1 hr on urgent basis.
