My booking id is[protected] which was confirmed by yesterday on 19th july '19 and full payment also had done but today i came to this hotel but hotel management has been directly denied to provide this service again this booking id.
So pls help and resolve this issue asap as i will refund my amount.
On 20th july hotel ambalika receptionist and manager told me that we had no more tie up with oyo so we can't accept this booking id.
But agoda agency had booked oyo 7054 hotel amabalika on 19th july.. Payment had also been done but i couldn't avail the service. Lots of time i had tried to reach agoda but failed to contact. Oyo customer service also not able to resolve the issue they told refund amount and all would be managed by agoda agency only. But till time i didn't get the mail reply from agoda on this regard. Finally neither got the solution to check in on 20th july nor the booking amount refunded. This is really horrible circumstances by oyo and agoda both.
I am looking forward the solution as i would get the refund asap.
Note:
Agoda team continuously called and emailed but you people didn't respond, so suggest you pls contact with them very urgent or refund my amount.
