[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — oyo 9759 hotel western park, pune - fraudsters - headset stolen

We had booked a double occupancy room for the night, as we had to attend a function nearby the next day morning. As we were not allowed to take bags or any electronic devices to the function, we asked the hotel employees if we could keep the bag at the hotel till afternoon. They told they had a room for locking in bags and confirmed us it will be safe. After we returned, we booked a room for triple occupancy, and told we would spend only 4 hours as we had a flight to catch up at night. Atlast they gave us the same double occupancy room for the triple occupancy we booked for. And when i checked my bag, a headset costing more than 10k had been stolen after we gave our bags for safe keeping. When we asked them, they are not aware of it. The employees standing in the reception had been rude, and totally incompetent on his job. They didn't even allow us to check the previous room we stayed in for checking if the headset had been forgotten there.

Dear Consumer Complaints Team,
Please do check with OYO about the status...I have lost 10, 000 rupees worth headset, and i used it only for 2 weeks...People serving community in a fraud manner needs to be bought out open... We were helpless travellers who had to catch the flight ...or else we would have stayed and taken some action...Please do the needful.
