I booked an OYO room with ID E2JS3019 on 10.09.2022, the owner didn't let me check in as they told that they had no ties with OYO
As I tried to reach OYO customer care they didn't resolved my problem they delayed the process and gave no clarity about it.
I believe OYO is making fraud by not enlisting hotels which they had no ties with.
Please everyone verify by making a call to hotel before booking in OYO Was this information helpful? |
