I have accidentally booked (Paid through google pay option also) a room for yesterday (6th august 2019) at 9:30 pm. But actually i was looking for a room for saturday check-in...
Since i booked i a wrong date i tried to cancel it by calling the hotel.. But they told if you booked through oyo you have to cancel through it... So i tried cancel it through oyo app but app was not responding to that request (Its still not working). Then i contacted through oyo assist, chat everything but everyone said its not possible to cancel. And they told they ll speak with some ground level persons and give the solution in morning..
Then today morning (7th august 2019). I called customer support whats up with ground level people. Support people told me that.. If its cancelled on the day before. May be it will be refunded.. Now its not possible (Note : i am not able to cancel yesterday as app is not working to cancel)
I have booked too many times and referred my friends to use it also... But this time.. Oyo customer care people (Night shift guys) simply disconnected the calls while speaking. I am hugely disappointed with oyo.
I have paid around 4k for this booking. And didn't even check in.. Please understand the heat.
If possible refund or else booking date is modified i will be happy.
