[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — oyo cancelled booking

I have booked a hotel in noida

I have reached hotel at 1 am, and the guy denied for check in it was mid night but they don't even care about the safety of the customers.
It was baddest experience i ever had with any merchant.. And then i had a word with customer care that was also worse customer care service, every time they puts my call on hold and didn't provide any resolution.. Is this kind of service oyo is providing..
