[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Oyo confirmed booking while hotel has no room available and is denying booking | |||||
I have made a booking with OYO rooms for Ranjhana Heritage Hotel, Vikrant Khand, Lucknow, U.P. Luckily i checked with the hotel a month in advance and he simply said he has the booking request from OYO but he has no rooms available for the date. OYO customer care repeatedly is telling me that the booking is confirmed, i believe simply by checking their online records. On one of the calls, I was asked why are you even checking with hotel when OYO has told you that the booking is confirmed. I assume i should wait for the booking date and then call OYO from the street while the hotel denies me entry for my booking confirmed repeatedly by OYO.
