Oyo Rooms — Oyo confirmed false booking. | |||||
Hi, I booked for 2 rooms for Hotel One place, Kukatpally ( hyderabad) on 25th-26th March 2016. However when i reached the hotel to check upon the booking, they said rooms were not available and didnt receive any confirmation from the Oyo team. I tried reaching Oyo call centre, with out any success. Tomorrow morning, my guests are arriving and have no place to stay, Its highly unprofessional, unethical and unjustified practice of the Oyo rooms. Please find the details below: Name: Basheer Booking ID:AIBO1896 Hotel: One Place, KPHB main road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad i have made the booking almost a month back using Oyo mobile app. Please let me know, what am i supposed to do now.
