Dear Oyo rooms.
My self Ali Khan,

I have an issue with your hotel booking room policy.

You have mentioned 18 years age is minimum to book a room and stay in a room, but hotels owner doesn't allow under 21 years of age.

So please you better change your policies or you better talk to your hotel owners.

Or you better inform the required age in the ( Importance ) bracket of your application and website.

Rather than giving anyone hopes.

As per our policy, the primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the hotel. If you found any discrepancy, please let us know the hotel details so that we can get it investigated.
