Hello,
I had booked a hotel room at oyo flagship classic 35716 nagpur. I wanted to book a room for 9th nov 2019 to 10th nov 2019 but due to technical error or confusion, the booking got confirmed for 8th to 9th nov 2019.
I did not realise the mistake at that time. Today morning (9th nov 2019) when i was getting ready to check in to the hotel, i got a message stating your booking got cancelled as you did not check in to the hotel, although the booking got cancelled but i did not receive my refund of 673 rupees which i paid for the booking. I called up the customer care support and she informed me about this error and she took my complaint about a refund.
After some time i got a call from customer support and the lady on the call said there will not be any refund as i did not check-in.
This is completely unacceptable that i am not going to get my refund, i am a regular customer in oyo hotels and i visit almost every week but still i am facing this kind of issue.
I understand that there is my mistake too that i did not check the date but at least you guys can refund me the money so that i can book another hotel.
I hope you can help me with this.
