Oyo Rooms — Oyo fateh sagar lake Hotel and OYO Rooms Inside Surajpole | |||||
Hi I am Saurabh Verma, I booked a room in Udaipur from 13 August 2016 in hotel OYO Rooms Inside Surajpole. Me and my wife traveled to Udaipur from 13 to 15 August, 2016. As expected will have to be there in the hotel around 12 Pm, However we check in the hotel around 10:00 am then also the Front Office agent didn't provide us room. we wait till 12:00Pm then only he provide the room. The room was untidy, TV was not working, bathroom door was not locked properly, The staff was very rude. Even worst when I check out from that hotel and Check in to the hotel Oyo fateh sagar lake Hotel on 14 and Check Out on 15 early morning 2016. The staff told us that your booking is not with us however, I made the booking from OYO rooms. They provide us the room which has no window, losts of smell, and very small room when we told this to the management they told us that ", They have only one or two good room to display", well this is the worst experience I have with OYO ROOM.
