I have booked a hotel room in vijayawada with booking id: YLCW5941. I have paid Rs. 150 to confirm booking and the payment is confirmed. After 1 hour I got a call from mobile number [protected] to pay the remaining 449 and they have provided the mobile number [protected] to pay through Google pay and I have paid the amount, but I got a doubt when they asked me to share the screenshot of the payment. I have called several times to OYO service/sales section and they told they have raised the issue. But no response till now. I got the fraudster name and email I'd from other sources. If the problem is not resolved from Oyo's end, I will approach the cyber crime section regarding the fraud. The issue is not about the money but how the fraudsters came to know about my mobile number and regarding my hotel booking details. Make sure the issue is resolved.
