[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — oyo got me in trouble by wrong info

Hi,
I booked a hotel at oyo with booking number hfta5284. When i reached the hotel they refused about any booking. They said our tieup with oyo is already expired and the hotel is fully booked so we can't provide you the room. The weather is stormy here. Now i can't go outside to find other hotel neither i can stay here. Oyo fully screwed me up. I have my wife and my 1 year old child with me.
Oyo customer service helpline also not responsible properly. They said they are connecting with seniors and put me on hold for more than half an hour but still no one come up there.
