Oyo Rooms — OYO hotel charged and said they don't operate with OYO anymore

On 27 May, I booked an OYO hotel via OYO app and paid online. My booking ID is ZFWS1751. But when I reached the hotel they said we don't operate with OYO anymore. I tried connecting with OYO but there was no way to talk to the OYO executive. I had to pay hotel for stay. I was getting messages on OYO chat service that I should complain after 48 hours of checkout. I tried doing it and even mailed it to OYO but didn't get any response from them.
