[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Oyo Hotel Charged Extra Money

I booked a room for 3 days via Oyo app and paid the full amount in advance. But when I reached to the hotel they asked me to pay 1976/- extra money. I tried to contact Oyo room service but didn't happen saying customer surge. And I had to pay as I had no choice.
I don't know why I paid 1976/- extra money when I clearly booked with advance payment already.
