I booked hotel Collection O Pearl Inns Executive Near Phoenix Marketcity - Viman Nagar via oyo phone app for my parents and the booking was confirmed after payment was made by me online.
When my parents arrived at the hotel, they were denied checkin saying that we don’t take oyo bookings and hotel asked them to pay double the amount for the room which is ₹1500.
I have called oyo customer service multiple times. Each time they ensured that a refund will be processed and then disconnected the call. I also wrote emails but no response from oyo.
This is a pathetic experience for user. Please process my refund of 1500₹ asap and take appropriate measures to delist any such hotels from oyo. Was this information helpful? |
Yes, finally after writing many emails and many disconnected calls, I got a refund of ₹727 as opposed to what I had to pay to book room at night time. Kindly provide a refund of remaining amount. My parents were asked to pay 1500₹ from hotel.
It was already a pathetic experience that they were denied service after paying online. It is not acceptable that you just refund online amount after we went through such a terrible experience.
