I would like to inform you that I booked OYO home 87558 Ri Lum homestay around 16.00hrs on dated 18.03.22 by OYO customer care service and my booking reference number is - YEYP2369. After confirmation of booking, I call to homestay manager/owner for proper address but he told me he had fever, so he can't take any booking. I informed to customer care immediately to cancel the booking and full refund. Please take the necessary action to refund the total amount Rs.7236.00 as soon as possible. I surprised that without my fault half of the money cut for the cancellation charge.
