Booking id PJJ47607. You are talking about resolving the issue. At max you can refund my booking amount and its already in progress but refund is not point here. My concern is, i struggled 3 hours on road as property owner denied check-in even though it was advance payment booking and after 3 hours got response like oyo can’t do any alternative booking and they asked me to find room. Being hotel chain oyo can’t book alternative hotel than how they can expect me to book the room during Christmas festival. This is really inappropriate business practice and if you can’t handle businesses kindly shut if off.
