Hello, I have booked an oyo room for 18 aug 2019 - 19th aug 2019 at lataguri My order was confirmed and i have paid the amount of 2518 online for 3rooms 9guests When i went to the hotel, a board was hanging in the hotel gate that they don't allow oyo bookings. I had few words with the hotel manager and he denied to check in because oyo don't pay there money since last 2months Then i had a conversation with an oyo inexperienced guest executive, he allotted me another hotel Then we went to another hotel Even they denied check in due to low tarrif So i had a fight with oyo assistance that he is making us fool and we were roaming here and there without any assurance that we'll get a room or not So i asked for refund and they said they've innitiated my refund. But that day i didn't received any mails So i called them next day again. And then they initiated my refund Today i got only 1032 refund and when i'm trying to contact them since yesterday they are not answering I've all the recordings proof I can send it to you in mail Was this information helpful? | |
