Oyo's online payment option is a crap. Never ever go with this option always pay at property. I raised complaint against booking id - zpht7910, after a month they resolved the issue and said, "the amount will be refunded shortly". Whenever i call to the customer portal, they simply transfer the call to higher department and put you on hold for 30-40 minutes. When i send mails, all replies come saying, "you will get a link to fill your bank account details to receive the refund". Luckily i received once, but nothing happens thereafter.
