I have booked to stay in oyo my booking id is avns4503 for stay on 8th september but the oyo folks denied me any room. When i contacted the oyo team i was said that i will get refund after 7-14 working days. It's been a month and now when i call them they say that now they have raised the ticket and will get in 7-14 days and when i asked reason for delay they say technical issue. But have a question on why the technical issue take more than a month to be fixed and why until i call them they did not initiate my refund only.
When i requested them to connect me to refund team or their corresponding manager they are strictly denying this saying they have given valid justification without even giving any justification...
Is this the way to treat customers.
This is the way oyo is doing a fraud. Who will give me my amount if you are taking more than the said time... After again 1 month they expect me to call again or what. But i am sure still they will say the same response saying 7-14 days and technical issue. The guy whom i spoke is vikrant_456755_tm. What a escalation team he is... Was this information helpful? |
