I booked a Oyo 67602 Hotel Cladis, On 20th June 2022. I booked this hotel via Oyo app on prepaid of Rs. 1606.
But at the time of checked In, Hotel Cladis Manager refused to give hotel room and demanding Rs. 1400 more from me.
At the same time I called to Oyo customer service regarding same issue. They told me pay the extra amount demanded by Hotel manager and we will refund the Rs.1400 after check out from this hotel.
After this conversation I paid via G- Pay the extra amount to hotel manager Rs.1400.
After Checked out from Hotel Cladis, I called to Oyo Customer service and ask for refund of extra amount which I paid at hotel. So as per conversation I send them Bill receipts and My bank details for refund initiating process. I got email also on 23rd June 2022, regarding refund of Rs. 1400 initiate and reflecting in my account with in 7-14 days.
But now it's been more then 50 days, still refund is not reflecting in my account. I called Oyo customer service multiple times regarding same concern but again they are sending same massage which I received on very first day. And this time they come up with reply as invalid bank detail, I sent them my bank account passbook too. They are just cheated with people.
Oyo customer service is just fooling around me. They are doing mess with customer and looting their hard earn money.
Kindly concern on this matter. I need my refund back.
