[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — oyo refund issues and poor customer service | |||
Hi, i have booked oyo rooms dated 13th sep-19 to 14th sep-19, at chennai universal inn with booking id gdtj5102 (Spot on 49443), And i was denied due to money dispute between oyo and the property owner, but oyo collected full in advance full and final booking amount, Because of their miscommunication my self and my family members got trouble and i have not received refund amount till date. The property owner behaved like he is the only guy who is doing charity in this world, i never expected this kind of poor service from oyo. After denied i was helpless and tried to contact oyo assists, they have responded quickly with a simple apologize for inconvenience, after that no response at all Was this information helpful? | |||
