[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — OYO Refund not received after cancelling the booking before 9am

Booking id: KQZB4572

I have cancelled the OYO Room booking before 9am, which was 100% refundable window. I had already paid ₹2157 and 500 OYO Money during my booking.
When I cancelled, I got the 500 OYO Money immediately, but ₹2157 is not yet credited to my account. It is already a week, and I am doubting your Service @OYO Rooms. Moreover, now on OYO App it is showing that I have checked out instead of cancelled. Please don't do such fraudulent business if you can't handle.
