Booking Id - XI5O8886.
On 15/6/2021 (Tuesday) around 12 pm, I booked an OYO room (Oyo flagship 41729 beautiful stay homes), made an online payment of Rs 2373/-.
After that we changed our plan and called oyo customer care, I explained the reason and asked the oyo executive to refund my payment. which I made through my card of Rs 2373/-. then he agreed and gave me oral confirmation that the amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
I waited more than 24 hrs. and called OYO customer care again to check my refund status, this time the executive stated that Money won't be refunded due to some cancellation policy. He said to get a refund customers should cancel their bookings before 9 AM. I was confused with his point, and I questioned him
How could I cancel my booking which I made @ 12 pm?..
If it is your policy then why did your executive give me an oral confirmation that the booking amount will be refunded within 24 hrs?
I asked him to check the audio conversation of my first call with the executive, who gave me an oral confirmation. so took my complaint (complaint no[protected] and he also said that some one will contact me from your end within 24 hrs, it's more than 50 hrs no one contacted me..
Again I called your customer care and asked for my status on refund, he didn't even listen to my concern and gave me this email id. and gave me a free suggestion that if you need to know your refund status, then send an email to oyo.
So please go through my audio conversations with your executives and process my refund.
